About the role
We are AV Landscape Pty Ltd, and we are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our small team working across Perth's western suburbs. We specialise in high-quality residential landscaping, garden construction, and extensive property maintenance and gardening for established residential properties. Most of our work is around Cottesloe, Claremont, Dalkeith, Nedlands, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove and surrounding western suburbs.
What you'll do
The work is varied and includes:
- Residential landscaping and garden construction
- Extensive property maintenance and general gardening
- Pruning, hedging, planting, mulching and garden care
- Lawn installation, renovation, mowing and maintenance
- Reticulation installation, repairs and fault finding
- Paving, edging and retaining
- Garden renovations and clean-ups
- Operating landscaping tools and small machinery
- Working independently and as part of a small crew
We're looking for someone who
- Has solid practical landscaping and gardening experience, with at least 2 years of work experience required for this position
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Has good plant, lawn and general landscaping knowledge
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence (essential)
- Is comfortable driving between job sites
- Communicates well with clients and other trades
A Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Parks and Gardens, or a relevant equivalent qualification would be highly regarded.
Pay and employment
This is a full-time position for the right candidate, with a salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience, qualifications and capability.
We are also open to hearing from experienced ABN subcontractors looking for regular work or set days each week.
